At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrap is intact for decks and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
